1. Do I need to pay for the entire tour when I reserve a date?
No, we just require a $150 retainer to reserve your tour date. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your event. You will be able to add or edit your guest list at any time before your event starts.
2. Do we get to pick the breweries we visit?
Check the Breweries tab to view the list of options.
3. Can we drink Beer on the bus?
Yes, on Private Tours only. But, drink responsibly. There will be two coolers w/ice on board if you choose to bring any additional beer or purchase beer to-go at the breweries. But, sorry NO LIQUOR is allowed.
4. Can we book a Public tour?
Yes! We now offer Public tours with no minimum number of people required. Check the available dates on the Public Tours tab for more info. Public Tour dates are chosen by Craft Brew Tours.
5. Can my group pay separately?
Yes, We can arrange for seperate payments upon request. However, group discounts will not apply and bookings will be non refundable. The orginal booking will be responsible in case of damage or cancellations.
6. Do we have a cancellation policy?
Yes, for Private Tours: $150 Cancellation Fee.
14 days or more in advance: $150 credit towards a future date within 3 months.
Less than 14 days before the tour date: $150 non-refundable fee. (No credit)
7. How do I redeem a Gift Card?
Click the Promotion Code button and enter the numbers on the back of the card.
